Machine Operator I Responsibilities:Work safely and promote the safety of those working around you; help build a proactive safety culture. Meet Forgeworks' customers' demand by operating the forging, cleaning, and machining equipment including:Job setup - tool assembly and installation. Running the job following JSW - Ps and quality processes. Clean up and preparation for the next job. Meet or exceed the quality expectations of the customer as defined by the Engineering and Quality organizations by following the quality process. Periodic part inspection. Participate in root cause analysis. Meet or exceed financial targets by achieving operating performance targets such as yield and operating efficiency. Read and interpret dimensional layouts when needed. Adhere to ISO 9001 and NSF standards. Perform operator based preventative maintenance. Shipping, receiving and utility work. Process audits.
