Machine Operator We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client in Winter Haven. This is a fast-paced production facility. This role involves working in a hot environment, so adaptability to high temperatures is essential. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude and be proficient in reading a tape measure. Experience in operating turning machines, threading machine is highly desirable, and familiarity with machines such as Landis or Lablonde is preferred. Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
• Safely and accurately use hand power tools.
• Lift heavy metal products, weighing 50 lbs, as needed.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure product quality.
• Utilize lathe machines if experienced, or willingness to learn.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience with turning machines is advantageous.
• Proficiency in threading is a significant plus.
• Ability to work in a hot, open-shop environment and perform manual labor.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
