Machine Operator - Marathon Staffing : Job Details

Marathon Staffing is looking for Machine operators for Global Wood company. You will be responsible for operating various woodworking machinery to produce high-quality wood products. You will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production and meet customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate woodworking machinery, such as saws, planers, sanders, and routers.Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Material Handling: Load and unload materials onto and from machinery.Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify solutions.Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals.Qualifications:Experience operating woodworking machinery is preferred but not required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Marathon is an equal oppportunity employer
