Title: Machine Operator

Duration: PERM

Pay Rate: $19.00-$21 per hour

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Start Date: 2 weeks from Final interview

Process to Close: 2 rounds, 1st Phone Interview, 2nd On-Site

Must-haves

• Minimum 2 year prior production related experience
• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry materials up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery.
