Machine Operator - Insight Global : Job Details

Salary: $40k base salary plus hourly production bonus and annual bonus

Interviews: One and done onsite every Wednesday

Shifts: 2nd shift: 3pm – 11pm or 3rd shift: 11pm- 7am (must be available for one)

Must haves:

• Basic machine knowledge
• Electrical knowledge
• Preventative maintenance knowledge

Plusses:

• 1 year experience in a production environment.
• Understanding of machine setup and tear down.
• Use of HMIs
• Overhead crane experience
• Basic understanding of automation

Day to Day:

Machine Operators will be responsible for operating CNC machines. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform the startup and shutdown procedures for the assigned production line area.
• Perform all of the following tasks: milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding and all bench operations, as well as the inspection of them.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance duties.
• Report any malfunctions or abnormalities with equipment to the maintenance team.
• Complete reports and answer inquires, as requested or assigned.
• Accurately record all material usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
