DIRECT HIRE

PAY: $33.58/hour + NUCOR PRODUCTION BONUS (most make $80,000-$100,000 due to this production bonus)

SHIFT: 2nd (3P-11P) and 3rd (11P-7A), Monday-Friday. 10 of each here.

OVERTIME: there is OT available on Saturdays. It's not mandatory, but most teammates take advantage.

LOCATION: West Hazleton, PA

BENEFITS: Profit sharing -- $0.10 of every dollar, before taxes. 401K program, Tuition reimbursement for employees, theyll reimburse $4K per year. For spouses of employees, $2K per year. PTO 120 hours (3 weeks, after 6 months of employment). Doesnt increase until year 10. They get 1 personal day after 90 days of employment.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: West Hazleton, PA, United States

Job Responsibilities:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for the following duties, including but not limited to:

- Perform startup and shutdown procedures for the designated production line area.

- Execute a variety of tasks such as milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, molding, and bench operations, including inspection.

- Conduct basic preventative maintenance on equipment.

- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team.

- Complete required reports and respond to inquiries as needed.

- Accurately document material usage.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned production line area.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

- Proven track record of excellent attendance and adherence to safety protocols.

- Understanding of basic machine operations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Ability to interpret and understand product specifications and prints.

- Analytical thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least one year of experience in a production environment.

- Familiarity with machine setup and teardown processes.

- Experience operating Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).

- Knowledge of overhead crane operation.

- Basic understanding of automation systems.
