Perform duties to measure, cut and shear materials for welding and assembly by others.Starting wage $16.00/hourWage Progression ProgramQuarterly Production Incentive PlanEssential Duties & Responsbilities

• Read and interpret drawings and shear list to determine kind of material needed and the proper dimensions necessary. Move material weighing approximately 35# 20 feet onto the machine which is 3 feet high.
• Using proper methods, form, punch, cope or saw material as necessary.
• Operate crane, saw. Use measuring tape, square. Work as a team with another operator.
• Comply with all the Safety requirements established for the assigned area
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Knowledge in use of fixed gauges, direct reading instruments and similar devices
• Use of reading and writing. Knowledge of basic math.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Be knowledgeable about and comply with all ISO 9001 standards applying to position.

Qualifications / Prior Experience

• Over 3 months up to and including 12 months of experience.
