Role: IT Support Analyst 6+ months with extension This is a 100% onsite role. Location - Austin TX Rate : $55-60/hr.c2c NOTE : Austin and willing/able to drive to various site locations within Austin throughout the day. There is no mileage reimbursement. Key Activities/Responsibilities:
- Assist in installs, maintains and provides technical support for users.
- Performs hardware, software, and applications support and preventative maintenance.
- Provides end-to-end environment appropriate support utilizing best practices and documented procedures. Develops, documents, publishes and provides communications.
- Works with customers: o diagnoses and resolves or escalates technical support o responds to Service Desk requests o purchasing to identify solutions and obtain quotes for those solutions.
- Functions as system administrator; responsible for inventory management and record keeping.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 yrs. experience in support analyst role
- Advanced knowledge about PC desktop hardware and software and diagnosing problems via remote access
- Familiarity with enterprise software: Microsoft Intune (Imaging), Absolute (NetMotion)
- Familiarity with tracking asset hardware and software
- Must have own transportation (will be driving to multiple locations to provide assistance) Customer Service experience Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic environment. Experience with enterprise software (ex. Microsoft, AutoCAD, Bentley, ArcGIS)
- Familiarity of standard application and operation systems
