Our client, a leading Metal Fabrication Company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Machine OperatorLocation: Elkhart, INPay Rate: $21.75 per hourWhat's the Job?

• Operate machinery for metal fabrication processes.
• Train on BAL/wastewater and Coil Prep slitter/welder, possibly roll grind.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machining background.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, with potential for 12-hour shifts.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods on cement floors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
