Work shift (days/times) - 2nd Shift 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Retention Bonus - 6 weeks - $200 bonus; 3 Month - $300 bonus

  • We need basic skills working with precision measuring instruments such as Micrometers & Calipers to measure accurate dimensions for the finished parts we produce.
  • Basic Machine Shop Experience
  • Working in a manufacturing production environment.
  • This position will be engaged in all phases of the new project's development lifecycle.
  • These phases include requirements analysis, test script and test plan development, user acceptance testing, and user training.
  • This position will also be involved in reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables such as business/functional requirements, and test plan.
  • The BA's primary strengths should include the ability to understand business processes, knowledge of the software development lifecycle, requirements analysis, test case preparation, user acceptance testing, and user training.
  • The candidate should be experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
  • Candidate should be able to write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
  • The BA will be required to liaison between business users and IT teams and must have experience with relaying business functional needs to technology teams.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Works under general supervision while reporting to project manager, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Duties include:

  • Participation in requirements gathering sessions.
  • Understanding the business processes and the needs of the business team.
  • Learn the functionality of the existing DPH Salesforce systems (Food Protection, Financial Services, Lead) and the enhancements that are planned for these systems as a part of the project.
  • Lead user training activities.
  • Participate in system testing scripts/scenarios development and review.
  • Perform and lead user acceptance testing.
  • Review and comment on deliverables.

Skills and Experience:

  • Years of Relevant Experience: 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Leading meetings and training sessions.
  • Software testing.
  • Business process documentation.
