Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery effectively to ensure smooth production processes
• Quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations
• Document any defective or scrapped products according to company guidelines
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns
• Keep detailed records of equipment readings and maintenance procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plant operations or similar field
• Familiarity with various plant tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the job
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key
• Proficiency with Computers
