Ensuring machine is functioning safely in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards2. Understanding of bottle quality requirements and documentation of those requirements3. Sustain efficiencies and scrap on production machines that meet company goals4. Ability to effectively communicate machine, process, quality related issues5. Effectively diagnose problems and logically troubleshoot tasks 6. Comply with direction from supervisors and managers7. Perform and complete color changes when required8. Perform minor preventive maintenance to the machines during their shift9. Complete quality inspection and record them in our statistical process control software10. Mechanical and Process related troubleshooting on specific processes in the plantAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEDUCATION: Required: GEDPreferred: High school diplomaEXPERIENCE:Required: 6 months as a machine operator.Preferred: 1 year experience as a blow molding operator.SKILLS: Required: Ability to read, write and communicate orally. Good attention to detail.Ability to enter machinery safely and unhindered by physical restriction.Willingness to work 12 hours on either day or night shifts, weekends, and overtimePreferred: Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
