What to Expect?This position reports to the production manager and is responsible for operating lines in accordance with work instructions to produce a quality product. You will need to troubleshoot machinery, communicate, and work efficiently with the team in a fast-paced environment during a 10-hour day with 2 paid breaks.
On a daily basis our Sanitizer Machine Operator:- Perform first run quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
- Maintain product weight within item specifications
- Ensure proper Lot Code dates are correct on package and masters correctly
- Monitor material in hoppers or reservoir tanks and work in conjunction with the material handler and team lead to ensure hoppers or tanks are adequately stocked.
- Monitor appearance of the product and make corrections within specifications
- Perform efficient product changeovers and perform general housekeeping duties
What You Will Need:- Highschool diploma/GED
- Stooping, lifting, bending, and standing long hours while operating equipment
- Mathematical, organizational, and mechanical skills in production
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Verbal and written skills
- Pass FIT testing and respirator certified
