• Set up and operate machinery according to specifications.
• Monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and report any issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
• Compliance with uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
