As a Machine Production Assembler (MPA) you will be joining a growing team of veterans. As an MPA you're responsible for the integration of value-added options to include chip management systems, high-pressure coolant systems, work holding tables, and associated equipment to a variety of CNC machine tool platforms (vertical and horizontal turning centers, lathes, and more).Responsibilities:- Set-up/install CNC machine tool platforms on the Methods production floor- Mechanically and electrically install factory and options per work orders- Perform system and functional tests of all options installed - Prepare machine tools for shipment and/or storage- Communicate installation hurdles encountered and offer solutions where possibleGreat opportunity to gain industry experience working on Yasda, Nakamura-Tome, Kiwa, Fanuc EDM / RoboDrill, OKK, VisionGauge, Ocean Technologies, Company Branded Machines, and ZeissWorking hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30 with an average of 10 per week in overtime, and more is available if requested.Full Blue Cross benefits after 1-month, FSA plan, 401K 2% match per month, 3% EOY-HSA-Dental-Vision-Life-short/long term disability, EAP
