MACHINE SHOP FOREMAN - Advance Services : Job Details

We are seeking a Machine Shop Foreman to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers and manage a machine shop.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution of jobs to employees and workstations
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Track new jobs, current jobs, and completed jobs
• Complete truck sheets
• Keep the shop organized and clean
• Hire and Train employees
• Read a drawing and inspect pats per the drawings
• Shop includes CNC mills, CNC lathes, Tool & Die Area, Key mills, Punch Presses, Grinding Machines, Plasma Table.

?Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay range is $26.00-$29.00 per hour with a full benefit package.
