Job Overview: We are currently seeking a supportive and organized individual to join our Machine Shop team. This role will be responsible for managing daily operations and team members of a machine shop, ensuring efficiency, safety, and that finished products meet specifications. The Machine Shop Supervisor plans and directs team members to ensure smooth flow of work, pivoting of goals and production standards are met, helping team members be involved in training programs, and developing of staff. The ideal candidate is adaptable, an analytical person, a strong communicator, and can meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects. Responsibilities:

The pay range for this role is $90,000-120,000, excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
