Machinists will use Haas VMC's. We are looking for a full time CNC Machinist that can work a 1 st or 2nd Shift Monday-Friday. Knowledge of Fanuc Controls. Knowledge of metal and material properties as it permits to machining. Mechanical Knowledge a plus. Strong mathematical skills. Five years related experience or equivalent. Knowledge of proper use of measuring tools/gauges and cutting tools. Understand blueprints and routers. Work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance. Understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Understand any and all safety requirements and cautions. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the setup and running of HAAS vertical milling machine centers. Be able to produce high quality details from engineering prints. Select the proper cutting tools, holding fixtures, alignment fixtures, and monitor feeds and speeds. Follow the direction of the Machine Shop Manager. Examine complete details to ensure compliance. Any other duties that are to be assigned by management.
