All while working in an environment that emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and professionalism. We are currently seeking a Machinist for our Bridgeport, West Virginia location. Objective: Completes assignments involving the set-up and operation of a wide variety of machines including but not limited to lathes, saws, forklifts. Performs bore turn and basic machining tasks. Provides machining services of oilfield connections; cuts and re-cuts connections to specification. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company)

  • Works from blueprints, rough sketches, production diagrams, drawings and verbal instructions to fabricate a variety of complex machined components.
  • Fabricates and modifies tools and equipment.
  • Measures, examines, and tests completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Cleans, lubricates, and maintains machines, tools, and equipment to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter
  • Installs repaired parts into equipment and operate equipment to verify operational efficiency.
  • Assists other machinists when necessary.
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Less than High School Education
  • 0-2 year's of related work experience
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Ability to interpret a variety of oral and written instructions
  • Ability to communicate across various levels of organization
  • Ability to work safely in a shop / warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • 2-4 year's of related work experience
  • Experience with CNC machines
  • Previous oilfield experience
  • Current relevant HSE training and certifications
  • Loader and Forklift certifications
  • Ability to perform general machine maintenance
