- Develop and implement wire programs for manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain wire EDM and CNC wire machines, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
- Design and fabricate molds using advanced mold-making techniques, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Conduct regular mold repairs, ensuring all equipment is functioning at peak performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes, contributing to project planning and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in wire programming and mold making.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines within the manufacturing environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff, fostering a conducive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in roles involving wire programming, wire EDM, and CNC wire.
- Proven experience in mold making and mold repair.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in using programming software and tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
