*Summary/Objective*Responsible for ensuring all products and manufacturing processes meet our quality standards. *Essential Roles** Perform final Inspection on all tanks and assembled products * Fully inspect every FTL and LTL shipment before departure, perform inspections on incoming shipments* Ensure that existing processes and procedures are followed* Perform daily critical control point (CCP) checks on a designated number of tanks/products per shift* Review any part or bill of materials (BOM) changes for quality assurance* Communicate any found issues with product, process, or equipment to that department's supervisor* Distribute non-conformance reports (NCRs) for repeat or escalated quality issues* Facilitate and monitor new product introduction to the operations team* Navigate ABAS at a fundamental level* Partner with R&D in the development of new products or changes* Drive the search for creative solutions to quality issues, implement new processes and procedures* Facilitate and monitor new product introduction to the operations team* Analyze various data sources to identify trends and target areas of improvement* Other duties as assigned *Competencies ** Adaptability - Adapts to changes open to new ideas and responsibilities and creative solutions.* Conflict Management - Good listener, committed to finding solution to problems, works well with difficult people.* Communication - Communicates well, delivers presentations, has good listening skills.* Customer Service - Works well with internal and external customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.* Ethics - Honest, accountable, maintains confidentiality.* Organization Skills - Maintains information in an organized manner and accessible, maintains efficient workspace, manages time well* Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.* Results Driven - Defines appropriate goals, works toward achieving goals, articulates vision and steps for achievement.* Results Driven - Defines appropriate goals, works toward achieving goals, articulates vision and steps for achievement.*Work Environment *The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
