ResponsibleResponsible for all phases of mail production and distribution within the instructed guidelines and timeframes of the mailroom Supervisor. This includes sorting, researching, and delivering the mail to designated mail stops. Requires attention to detail, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills. Makes sure that any physical damage is noted on the accompanying paperwork and initiated by the driver. Assists in placing all mail on the scanner and moving it to the sorting tables.Look up names on mail with no routing symbol. Write the routing symbol on the front along with clerk's initials and sort into proper tray.Identify suspicious mail according to FAA established procedures.
