Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for aMail Clerkin Woonsocket, RI.Type:40hrs/wk. Temp to HireStart Date:Within two to three weeks.Location:Intersect of Mandon Road and Highland Corporate Drive in Woonsocket, RI. Please see below:Shift 1: Mon-Fri 7am-3pmShift 2: Mon-Fri 10am-7pmShift 3: Mon-Fri 12pm-9pmResponsibilities for theMail Clerkrole include:Sort and deliver large amounts of interdepartmental mail.Pick up departmental mail.Operates postage meter, photocopying machine/fax.Replenishes postage on the postage meter as needed.Accountable for mail-received, vendor deliveries, verify shipments, and obtain signatures upon delivery.Process outgoing mail pickups and deliver according to service schedules.Qualifications for thisMail Clerkrole:Completed High School Diploma or GED.Must have excellent attendance.Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Ability to correctly sort and distribute substantial amounts of mail.Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.Uses applicable systems, tools, and resources to respond to inquiries received.Attention to detail.Pay Details:$19.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
