This role is responsible for operating the Official Mail Center (OMC) at the Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB) ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all mail. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Receive/ sort / distribute all official mail and inter-base communications for the OMC + Weighs and determines classification as well as correct postage on all outgoing official mail + Prepares command pouches for entry into the USPS mail system + Receives, processes, and dispatches accountable mail containers and USPS Express Mail + Adhere to all standards, policies and procedures promulgated by the Board of Directors and President and CEO REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS + High School Diploma / GED + The AbilityOne program requires a individual to have a severe disability to qualify for the program. + Basic math and reading skills + Dependable with excellent decision making skills + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Ability to work independently + Ability to multi-task + Possession of a valid driver's license and insurance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS + Prior mailroom experience + Military background with previous security clearance Witco provides employment opportunities under a Federal Program called AbilityOne.
