Mail Clerk - JobRialto : Job Details

Job Summary: This position involves handling outgoing and some incoming mail at a facility that supports clinicians performing physicals for patients in their homes. The contingent worker will manage mail collection, ensure proper shipping, and assist with related tasks as needed. Training will be provided by Anthem, the end client, and parking is provided at the worksite. Key Responsibilities: • Collect completed HIPAA documentation from clinicians after physicals •Ensure the documentation is securely placed in envelopes •Ship outgoing mail to the respective customers •Use a mail meter for weighing and processing mail •Handle any incoming mail as required •Maintain an organized and efficient mail system •Assist with other tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: •Previous experience in mail handling or shipping/receiving •Comfortable using a mail meter for processing mail •Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information •Ability to work independently and efficiently •Good communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment •Familiarity with HIPAA documentation Education: High School
