The Kelly Companies are one of the largest privately owned printing companies on the East Coast and leader in the printing, fulfillment, marketing, and convention industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic Mail Data Processor to receive and prepare incoming data files for postal presort processing in a print production environment. This is an in person position. Duties: Coordinate with print production, mail room operations, and outside vendors to ensure deliverable timelines and accuracy standards are met. Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure accuracy while handling off projects for outside production, including transmission of inkjet and Mail.dat.files. Monitor USPS notices and notifies Sales/CSR's of USPS regulatory changes. Communicate with USPS to maintain compliance with postal regulations and disseminate information regarding notices, changes and mail-piece design requirements to the Sales Staff and Customer Service Representatives. Manage and enter data processing costs into job management software. Create reports for data processing and mailing output for accounting. Performing CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certifications to standardize and correct address elements. Running NCOA (National Change of Address) processes to update mailing lists with current address information. Implementing pre-sort procedures to qualify for postage discounts. Conducting data de-duplication to remove redundant entries from mailing lists. Preparing postage reports and ensuring compliance with USPS regulations. Using specialized software like BCC to manage these processes efficiently.
