Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mail Insert Operator to join our team inDover, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-speed inserters to efficiently process and insert various materials into envelopes or mailers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet production goals while adhering to established quality and safety standards. If you are interested in this position please read the summary and qualifications below.Assignment Type:Temp-to-HireWork Hours:Monday to Friday, 3rd shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00AMPay Rate:$21.43 per hourKey Responsibilities:Operate high-speed inserters to assemble and insert materials into envelopes or mailers.Ensure proper setup and adjustment of equipment to handle different sizes and types of materials.Monitor inserters during operation to ensure smooth processing and address any jams or malfunctions.Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of inserters to maintain optimal performance.Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and prioritize job orders.Verify the accuracy and quality of inserted materials, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or technical issues related to inserters.Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Maintain accurate production records and complete reports as needed.Requirements:Previous experience operating high-speed inserters or similar machinery is preferred.Ability to read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and quality specifications.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues.Good organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and guidelines.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.Willingness to work overtime as needed.If this sounds like the position for you, please apply today with your up to date resume!Pay Details:$21.43 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
