OverviewThe Mail Clerk will be responsible for managing mail and package processing, including preparing outgoing shipments and delivering received packages to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Accept and prepare mail for outgoing shipment
• Process Client and DHL international shipments
• Ensure packages are properly protected against damage
• Coordinate shipment requests with vendors and inform recipients of arrangements
• Apply correct postage and identification to outgoing mail/packages
• Deliver mail, packages, and stationery according to the daily schedule
• Ensure same-day delivery for packages or advise recipients of next-day delivery
• Monitor and replenish mail/postage supplies daily

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant mail experience
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Dependable with the ability to handle a large volume of tasks
