Lead the design and architecture of mailing software systems, work on product enhancements and USPS requirement changes. Provide USPS requirements and mailing technology direction for systems and products for Customer Communications. Provide analysis and reports associated with mailing activities. Lead problem resolution investigations and analysis related to mailing systems, applications and products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development and operations to gather requirements and technical specifications. Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, ensure USPS requirements are being met.
