Handle high-volume copy and binding tasks, manage mailroom functions, and support office operations. Maintain equipment, perform scanning duties, and ensure quality service in a legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents, ensuring high-quality work.
• Ensure convenience copiers are operational through daily inspections, clearing jams, and notifying technicians of issues.
• Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to company personnel or designated points.
• Answer customer questions regarding job requests and status.
• Maintain copier areas, perform shipping and receiving tasks, and set up furniture and audiovisual equipment for meetings.
• Maintain daily meter and service logs.
• Support daily operations, including mail center, administrative duties, and billing reports.
• Assist with site implementation, training, and process improvements.
• Perform mailroom functions like sorting, packaging, and processing shipments.
• Provide courier service and basic troubleshooting for equipment.
• Manage center operations in the absence of the Site Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus 6-12 months of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Experience with shrink-wrap, paper cutters, bindery equipment, and postage meters.
• Good organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot mailroom equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
