Mailroom Associate

Sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days!

Pay is $16/hr. Great Benefits from Day 1!

Flexible and Engaging Work Schedule

Weekly Overview:

Monday&Tuesday:

• Start at 5 AM
• Enjoy a productive 12-hour day

Wednesday to Friday:

• Start at 7 AM
• Typically, work 5 to 8 hours

Occasional Weekend:

• Just 2 hours on a Saturday every 2 months

About the Role:

As a Mailroom Associate, you will receive, process, and ensure paper document integrity and classification before scanning the image. Your help will make a positive difference for the organization you support. You will be able to maintain HIPAA compliance in keeping a secure work environment.

As a Mailroom Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
• Receiving documents in both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
• Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
• Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs.
• Have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Have great attention to detail, be reliable, and have excellent consistency in following processing procedures for enhanced quality.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $16 per hour.
