Adecco is supporting our client in BEAVERTON, OR with their need for part-time MAILROOM ASSOCIATES These long-term roles pay $22/hour and will operate Monday-Friday from 6pm-10pm with additional hours available, based on business need. The Mailroom Clerk position is responsible for helping in various areas including data entry, handwork, fanning, adding postage to outgoing items, sorting, and quality check responsibilities. Quality results driven with an eye for detail in a fast paced, high volume work environment is the ideal candidate for this role. Mail Room Associates must be able to: Work quickly and accurately with the ability to flex across duties. Use MS Office proficiently. Perform accurate data entry with the ability to learn new systems. Quality control to ensure accurate addresses, postage, and seals. Lift up to 30 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, sort, push, pull, and lift for full shift. Report to work, as scheduled, and maintain a positive attendance record. Communicate effectively, orally and written, with the ability to read, understand, and follow instructions. Start on December 2nd Ideal candidates will pay attention to detail, are not afraid to ask questions, and/or get clarification when something doesnt make sense or line up with any processes that have been taught.
