Mailroom Associate Part Time (On Site-New Providence) - Stafford Communications Group : Job Details

Seeking an experienced Fulfillment Associate. The detail and results-oriented individual must take a hands-on approach and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that changes frequently and requires significant multi-tasking abilities. Shift will be part-time (20 hours per week) between the hours of 8:00 am - 1:00 pm M-F. KEY RESPOSIBILITIES: - Works independently within a small mailroom/shipping environment, while also supporting other departments at our nearby headquarters. - Primary function to support assigned clients through the distribution and delivery of coupons, retrieval kits, and refund checks. - Receives incoming shipments: unloading trucks; logging deliveries; sorting and stocking inventory. - Packages and processes outgoing items via USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., to meet client and vendor deadlines, weighing and affixing appropriate postage, and logging outgoing items as required and review for accuracy/completeness. - Ensures materials are not damaged during handling or st...Mailroom, Part Time, Fulfillment Associate, Associate, Order Fulfillment, Operations, Business Services
