Mondays: 5:45am-3:45pmTuesdays: 6am-2pmWednesdays: 8am-2pmThursdays & Fridays: 8am-4pmSaturdays: Rotating working 8:30am-2:30pm
**Must be available for OT, per production need.
**Approximately every 6 weeks - there will be a rotation where you will work one week of this schedule:Mondays & Tuesdays: 6am-3pmWednesdays & Thursdays: 6am-1:30pmFridays: 6am-1pmSaturdays: Rotating working 8:30am-2:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Accurately utilize computerized systems and programs to carry out mailroom activities.
+ Responsible for loading and unloading van to pick up mail from Post Office.
+ Prepare courier packages, certified mail and P.O. box mail received into appropriate mail sort tubs.
+ Prepare shipments for storage.
+ Create and wrap pallets for secure delivery.
+ Operate and use mailroom tools and equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
+ Remove cardboard, empty recycle bins, return recycled items such as but not limited to cans and cardboard.
+ Retrieve and examine items in discard bins and assure all items in bin are to be destroyed.
+ Reference work instructions as needed.
+ Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
Qualification Requirements
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Able to read, write and speak English.
+ Able to maintain confidential information.
+ Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
+ Valid Drivers License.
+ Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.
+ Must be able to multitask.
+ Abe to work independently and in a team environment.
