The Gersh Agency New York office is looking to connect with highly motivated, aspiring Mailroom Floaters with 1-2 years of work/internship experience within an Entertainment company. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody that wants to learn and grow within a talent agency.

JOB DUTIES:

• Script coverage
• Learning our phones/database system and covering assistant desks
• Administrative support including phone management, calendar management and travel arrangements
• Reception desk coverage, answering calls and transferring calls as needed
• Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
• Mail delivery and pickup throughout the company
• Receive, sort, and prepare packages for shipment
• Process, sort and stage packages for delivery in fast paced environment

SKILLS & QUALITIES:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of previous work experience at an Entertainment company, in a professional office setting
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, highly organized, and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry packages
• Ability to stand on your feet and walk on a regular basis.

Full-time with benefits

PAY RATE:

$20/hour
