The Mailroom MSR is responsible for mail handling operations. The role involves sorting incoming USPS mail, ensuring timely delivery to various business units, processing outbound items for vendor pick-up, and conducting daily courier runs throughout the Elmerton Office and Harrisburg area branches. The Mailroom MSR provides friendly service to business units throughout PSECU while on the courier runs, through email/teams messages, and through phone calls to the mailroom. Schedule Monday -Friday 9am-5pm, 100% onsite. In this position, you will
- Mail Handling: Sort and deliver incoming USPS mail to internal PSECU business units.
- Automated Processing: Operate equipment to process outbound items for pickup by PSECU mail vendors.
- Tracking: Scan and update electronic tracking for pieces received from various couriers (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) to PSECU Staff
- Manifest Management: Complete daily processing manifests for items submitted to PSECU mail vendors.
- Packet Fulfillment: Assists with daily non-automation compatible Letters and Brochures requests.
- Performs courier duties: Completes daily courier duties utilizing company van or personal vehicle, if necessary. This includes transporting mailing projects to the Post Office.
- End-of-Day Processing: Deliver end-of-day items and accountable mail to the USPS facility.
- Assist Inventory Control Analyst with Receiving shipments according to PSECU policies. Distribute items to appropriate departments. Aids in collection of confidential documents for shredding as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required: Must carry auto insurance and provide proof of the current insurance policy on a six-month basis coincident with renewal.
