DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance Technician (First Shift)Location: Clive, IA Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM M-F The Starting Pay for this position is $21.00/hour.Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves general maintenance of our facilities and grounds, with a strong focus on electrical work and the repair of manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks for facilities and grounds, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and wiring as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
• Assist in planning and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues effectively.

RequirementsQualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in maintenance or electrical work is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance roles, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
