Join us to be part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable products designed and manufactured in Germany, trusted by industries worldwide.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Lubrication Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our advanced lubrication systems across various settings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. • Install, service, and maintain lubrication systems at customer locations.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot system malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment, documenting and reporting findings.
• Provide training and technical support to customers on lubrication system operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date service records and documentation of work completed.
• Travel to customer sites across Indiana, the Midwest, and occasionally nationwide to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs.

What You Bring to the Role:

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, lubrication, or a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including hot, cold, or loud conditions, and capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and working at heights.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment; experience with man lifts (training provided if necessary).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• TWIC card preferred, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings required for working in specific facilities.
• Technical certification or associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Weekend and evening shifts may be required.
• Occasional overnight travel.
