Must have knowledge of how to use hand and power tools, work in confined spaces, on ladders, in lift baskets, etc. Must have basic electrical knowledge, and troubleshoot a problem in a logical, step-by-step method. Must be agile with the flexibility to work independently with minimum supervision. Good English oral and written (reading & writing), interpersonal skills, including writing requisitions for purchase, PMs log notes, etc. Demonstrate the ability to read and follow technical manuals and learn to use Maintenance computer systems.
