Browse our current job openings in your area.Americare Senior Living named as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Aging Services™As a member of our Maintenance team, your role will include keeping the Assisted Living Community, surroundingbuildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition and maintains furnaces,air-conditioners, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water forresidents. Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing,electrical, wiring, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.Replaces air-conditioner filters. Completes Monthly Maintenance checklist. Assist with disaster preparedness includingfire and disaster drills. Notifiesmanagement concerning need for major repairs or replacements to lighting,heating, and ventilating equipment. Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk andgrounds. Oversees landscaping services and if needed mows lawn, trims shrubbery,and cultivates flowers, using hand tools and power tools. Qualifications:- Minimal of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
