Maintenance Assistant - CareCore : Job Details

Carecore at Lima is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant.The Maintenance Assistant will work along side of the Maintenance Director. This position will be responsible for the overall physical building and property and building repairs. This would include experience in drywall, painting and plumbing. An ideal candidate is a self-starter who has excellent problem-solving skills, can handle multiple tasks and priorities and has effective verbal communication. Strong organizational skills and time management are also preferred.This is a full time position and Carecore offers Health, Dental and Vision benefits along with other options as well.
