POSITION SUMMARY

Meadowview Rehab and Nursing Center is dedicated to provide quality continuing care living facilities and support systems in an environment respecting the dignity and sanctity of all individuals regardless of their race, gender, religion, natural origin or creed.

The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the overall care of the buildings and grounds. Responsible for all preventive maintenance issues and repairs also for the Supervision of Security. Shall maintain plans and programs and prioritize work requests. Shall perform scheduled tests of all operational systems. Shall manage budgetary issues and purchasing of supplies and equipment to maintain the facility and all fixtures. Maintain and manage a maintenance staff and shop area. Ensure facility meets all Local, State, and Federal inspection regulations.
