MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT - Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center : Job Details

Orwigsburg Center is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to assist in the general maintenance of the facility and equipment.

Monday-Friday Schedule

Overtime and on call may be required.

Duties include:

- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment

-Maintain/Repair mechanical and electrical equipment(washers,dryers)

-Setup and adjust TVs

-Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits

-Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers'packings and drain lines

-Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment

-General Painting

-Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous manitence experience is required; healthcare experience is highly desirable

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
