This position is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance. Additional duties will include electrical/plumbing work, light construction, appliance installation, drywall patch/paint as well as coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• experience in light electrical / plumbing / carpentry / painting
• 2 years' prior maintenance experience in all areas highly preferred
• Experience working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections is a plus!
