The Maintenance Assistant performs the general operating maintenance, service, and repair of the interior and exterior of the assigned facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards/regulations and company policies.

Skills requiered:

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting in order to complete projects.
