Maintenance Associate - Staffmark Group : Job Details

Requirements 3 years of experience in warehouse maintenance + the ability to frequently lift/move 55 pounds and occasionally handle 250 pounds + ability to stand for the entire shift

Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2 AM | $20 - $23 per hour

Maintenance Associate Duties

• Complete projects with minimal guidance, demonstrating proactive measures to minimize equipment downtime and lost production capability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical devices, dismantle and examine devices, and adjust, repair, or replace defective parts.
• Operate shop machinery and utilize hand and pneumatic tools to modify or repair parts and equipment.
• Install new or repair/modify hydraulic and pneumatic equipment as required.
• Improve reliability and uptime of equipment with a preventive maintenance approach.
• Operate forklift and hydraulic working platform as needed.
• Research supplies, parts, and tools required to complete work orders.
• Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of parts.
• Contribute to the upkeep and updating of necessary paperwork, including records, maintenance logs, documents, manuals, and PM logs.
