Maintenance Associate - Howell Munitions & Technology : Job Details

Work Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shift. Overtime may be forced based on business needs on Fridays.

Preform schedule maintenance on mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers.

* Work with the electricians, plumber, HVAC crew, grounds crew, and carpenters.

* Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in apartments.

* Repair and troubleshoot defective equipment.

* Wash all interior/exterior windows using extension poles and/or ladders.

* Perform cleanliness of all assess of retail facility for consumer/employee use

* Diagnose and troubleshoot software integration of update operating system and hardware templates.

* Perform custodial duties to ensure facility cleanliness; monitor and stock store inventory.

* Remodel and repair apartments including, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other relate maintenance activities.

* Fit up, fabricate welding MIG, TIG, stick, aluminum.

* Remove tree brush after tree trimmers prune, cut and shape trees.

* Plant shrubs, flowers, trees, and lay sod.Prune trees and shrubs.

* Operate pumps, tractors, cutting torches, and various tools.

* Weld, construct and recondition parts using TIG & MIG welding.

* Operate light and heavy duty floor scrubbers, buffers, sweep and mop as required.
