Positions we are hiring for:

Service Manager:

What you will be doing:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Provide expert knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair
• Oversee daily operations, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and work order schedules
• Ensure 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies (e.g., snow and ice)
• Partner with office team to deliver exceptional service to residents
• Manage maintenance inventory and ensure high standards through regular building and vacant unit inspections

Pay Range:$75,000 - $85,000 annual salary, plus comprehensive employee benefits and exclusive discounts!

Service Technician:

What you will be doing:

• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues in HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
• Ensure the property's interior and exterior meet company standards and legal requirements
• Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff on work status
• Work in an on-call rotation with night and weekend flexibility

Pay Range:$20-$25 per hour, pluscomprehensive employee benefits and exclusive discounts!
