The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for leading the maintenance team through the reliability performance, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electronic devices throughout the plant consistent with the experience as is outlined below. This employee functions as a subject matter expert and go-to person for Maintenance Technicians which includes reacting to process and equipment issues through troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as elimination of special cause variation, as well as planning and general oversight of day to day work.
