What You Will Do:

• Lead a team to maintain and elevate rooftop gardens and green roofs with the highest standards of quality.
• Apply and train on your expertise in planting, pruning, soil care, irrigation, and lighting.
• Collaborate with other divisions in the company.
• Develop your career path at NYGR.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• 3 Years Minimum professional urban gardening experience as a Crew Leader / Foreman.
• A strong work ethic, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and safely on rooftops.
• Experience with irrigation systems, low-voltage lighting, and a passion for green infrastructure and sustainable landscape practices.
• A clean driving record and ability to drive a truck in NYC.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Horticulture Degree.
• Green Roof Experience.
• NYC Experience.
• NYC SST 40 Hour Certification/ OSHA Training.
